BEACH SAFETY: Swim Safely! Please follow Je’Sani Smith Foundation to learn about Rip Currents. And pay attention to the beach flag colors as they advise beach conditions.
BEACH STAFF: The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Beach Operations Team, Beach Patrol Crew, Beach Rescue Team, Lifeguard Squad, Police and Fire Heroes are INCREDIBLE! Thank them if you see them and please move out of the way if they’re working! Same with our awesome staff who are busy preparing for y’all.
PUBLIC BEACH: Our beaches are public so while we strive to give you a front seat to the gorgeous Gulf at the location you’ve asked for, people often camp and we cannot ask them to move. We also cannot ask people NOT to set up right next to you or behind you. We are not responsible for any beach space except for the space we make for you. Any concerns about beach space needs to be addressed with other beach goers, not our staff.
SEA LIFE: Corpus Beach Rentals Staff is not permitted to move sea life. This includes jellyfish, fish, turtles, sargassum, etc. We are only responsible for our beach gear.
BEACH FACILITIES, THE GULF, and ROADS: We do not oversee anything related to bathrooms, access roads, traffic patterns, waste management, showers, nor can we control High Tide.

We serve the beautiful Gulf Beaches of Padre Island and Mustang Island in Corpus Christi, Texas.

North Padre Island: For same day reservations, stop by one of our mobile locations located at Whitecap Beach at Mile Marker 221.5 or South Packery Beach at Mile Marker 212 and we’ll get you set up on Padre Island.
Mustang Island: We set up from Beach Mile Marker 63 to North Packery Channel Beach Mile Marker 207. While we typically only accept reservations made in advance for Mustang Island, you can call to see if we can accommodate your request.To be set up in front of your resort, please select one of the resort locations during the checkout process or call or text us at (361) 445-9429 and we will do our best to get you there. You can also send us an email at [email protected]. If you do not have a preference of what location you would like to be set up at, we will find you a great spot on the gulf and text you the pictures of your gear as well as the GPS pin to the location so you can show up and beach out!

Yes, there are locations that we do not serve. We do not provide service to Port Aransas gulf beaches nor downtown Corpus Christi’s bay beaches.

On the morning of your reservation, we will text you pictures of your set-up along with a GPS pin to the beach location. If you’ve selected a specific resort, we will text you the picture of your set-up and it will be located in front of that resort.

Our rental period is a full day from 10am to 5pm. We’re on Island Time so you can come later or leave earlier, but we ask that you let us know via text (361)-445-9429. Feel free to request early arrival or late check out and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Price includes a FULL DAY RENTAL from 10am to 5pm, the items or packages you reserve, and the set-up & tear-down of the equipment. We also include free litter bags with every canopy rental so fill them up and we will discard the trash at the end of the day. We love to keep our beaches clean! We set up our gear so you can show up and beach out!

Yes! You get 10% off multi-day rentals beginning on day 2.

Yes! And we recommend it! Stop by one of the following places and get an annual beach parking permit for $12.

- HEB grocery stores (Aransas Pass, Corpus Christi)

No deposit is required! You will pay for your reservation in full at time of booking. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policies for further information.

We provide 10’x10’ premium canopies; chaise lounge beach chairs with neck pillow; beach chairs; coolers with ice and water – online reservations only; handwashing stations on a small table with beach safe soap; 6 ft tables; beach games – Cornhole, Spikeball, Washers, and Ladderball; kids sand toys; Bluetooth Speakers, and beach brushes. Additionally, we offer 5 packages that allow you to bundle and save.

Absolutely! We cater to both individuals and groups, whether it’s a party, family gathering, or corporate event. We have the rental items you need for a successful outing.
- Call the City of Corpus Parks and Recreation @ 361-826-3469 to see if your event requires a Park Permit.

While refunds aren’t within our policy, we’ll offer a rescheduling date up to 2 years after your original reservation date. Additionally, should our team, at our discretion, determine that inclement weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances hinder our guest’s beach day, we’re more than happy to provide a full refund.
Reservations cancelled up to 7 days prior to the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2 – 6 days of the reservation will only receive 50% refund. No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the reservation.

In such cases, you’ll be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item.

Yes! The Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department provides free beach wheelchairs for visitors with disabilities, available on a first-come, first-served basis while lifeguards are on duty. Chairs can be used on the sand and in the shallow surf. To reserve one, call (361) 826-3469 for Michael J. Ellis Beach & Seawall, or (361) 826-1932 for McGee Beach and North Beach, Monday–Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST.

Weather changes very quickly here in Corpus Christi. Staff monitors for storms and winds hourly and reserves the right to delay or reschedule reservations to ensure the safety of all guests and beach goers. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
