Corpus Beach Rentals Terms of Service Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before renting equipment from Corpus Beach Rentals. By renting equipment from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Rental Requirements: Customers must be 18 years or older to rent equipment from Corpus Beach Rentals.
2. Reservations and Payment: Customers can reserve equipment online or by calling 361-445-9429. Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to the set up date and receive a full refund. Cancellations within 2-6 days of the set up date will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the set up date.
4. Liability: Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of equipment. Equipment should only be used for its intended purpose. Any damage, including breakage, tears, or stains, or loss of equipment will be immediately charged to the customer for the full replacement value.
5. Equipment Use: Equipment should not be used in any manner other than intended. Customers should follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Corpus Beach Rentals.
6. Equipment Transportation: The equipment cannot be transported without the express consent of Corpus Beach Rentals.
7. Disputes: For any questions or issues during the rental, please call or text 361-445-9429. Any disputes or issues that cannot be resolved will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.
8. Prohibited Activities and Items: Customers are not permitted to engage in any illegal activities or bring any prohibited items onto the beach. Alcohol is not provided by Corpus Beach Rentals.
9. Littering: We care about keeping our beaches clean! Littering is strictly prohibited, and a fine of $50 will be charged if a customer is found littering. Litter bags are provided to customers free of charge and are expected to be used. At the time of equipment pick up, pictures will be taken of litter left on ground and customer will be charged immediately.
10. Rental Time & Location: Equipment will be taken down no later than 6pm daily. The specific location on the beach will be based on availability and cannot be guaranteed. Before your arrival, you will receive a text message with picture of your equipment and your beach marker location.
11. Inclement Weather: Company reserves the right to cancel reservations based on poor weather conditions that could be harmful to our guests and or equipment. If company cancels reservation due to bad weather, customer will be allowed to reschedule for another date or will be offered a full refund. Poor weather conditions include, but are not limited to: high tide that covers beach, winds in excess of 35mph, excessive rain, hurricane.
12. Rental Fees: Fees are based on the package option selected by the customer. Discounts apply to multiple-day rentals. Call 361-445-9429 for details.
13. Disclaimer: Corpus Beach Rentals is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other damages that may occur during the rental of equipment.
